Refund Policy

Digifixa provides digital setup guidance and activation assistance services.

Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are considered final once delivery has been completed.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:

  • The service was not delivered
  • A duplicate order was placed
  • A technical issue prevented service access and could not be resolved

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect system requirements
  • Misunderstanding of product compatibility
  • Failure to read the product description
