Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are considered final once delivery has been completed.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:
- The service was not delivered
- A duplicate order was placed
- A technical issue prevented service access and could not be resolved
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect system requirements
- Misunderstanding of product compatibility
- Failure to read the product description
